Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We process cancellations immediately upon request, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that some financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature; these exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds are sometimes processed directly to your PayPal balance rather than your linked bank account or credit card. If you suspect any technical issues with the refund process, please provide us with screenshots of your transaction history to help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
